No, neither Yoga Alliance or Yoga Australia recognise Chinese Medicine as a part of the system of Yoga. For this reason, these hours cannot be counted as part of your continuing education with either body.
No, this course is designed for Yoga teachers, but others who are interested in the intersection of Chinese Medicine and Yin yoga will benefit from it greatly.
Whilst there are no specific requirements to become a Yoga teacher, each country has its own rules and regulations around insurance and minimum teaching standards. You'll need to check what your country requires.
You'll need a computer, fast internet and a space to practice Yin yoga in. To practice Yin yoga it can be helpful to have a yoga mat, a block, strap and bolster. If you don't have these, you can use the floor and pillows for support.
